Too Easy

Not bad, but the sets are too easy for anyone with a basic level of physical fitness. One has to start on level five to do even eight consecutive repetitions. It seems it will ultimately be necessary to buy the full version, or else just trash the app entirely and do sit-ups without involving one's devices--probably the most preferable of the many possible solutions to such a quandary.

The design is lovely, and despite the very low expectations set for the user's physical abilities, it is a good app.


It's a really good beginner program. Having the app makes it exciting to be able to see reached results and have it recorded too!


So yeah. It says 200? Only if you pay to "upgrade" the app. Otherwise the max is 75 in 8 reps. Not difficult for the average human. This app lies, it should state "0 to 75 Then Pay Us".
