Great workout strategy and UI, poor app icon
Please improve the app icon, I must even buy the pro version after testing this version, but almost pick another one thinking the app eas poorly designed due to the cheap icon you have. Smaller bundles would be great too.
Two thumbs up!! Very basic and yet allows you to add on. Includes stretch sessions which any training professional will tell you it's as important as the exercise itself.
Been looking for something that could guide me in sit-ups and push-up workout for beginner. This meets the need.
