This app is only available on the App Store for iOS devices.
Please note: this is a companion to Sketch for Mac, and requires it to function.
Sketch Mirror lets you preview your Sketch designs on your iOS devices.
After connecting to it from your Mac, you can swipe on your device to navigate between Pages and Artboards.
Sketch Mirror scales your designs up or down intelligently to fit the screen resolution of your iOS device, and also lets you zoom manually to inspect individual pixels.
You can run Sketch Mirror on any number of iOS devices and connect as many of them as you want to one Mac client. Preview your iPad-sized Artboards on one device while your iPhone mirrors the smaller Artboards.
What's New in Version 2.5.2
This update includes some bug fixes and adds compatibility for future Sketch updates
Seems to work great
I have only used this app a short time and in simple builds (I am currently learning Sketch through a course), but it seems to work as expected. I downloaded it, was connected to the same WiFi as my computer and just clicked my phone in the device list on the desktop app.
I was and am confused by the bad reviews and will update this if anything changes but seems to work fine. Might as well try it.
It’s poo poo
Rarely works, when it does, struggling updating. Restart the app about 5 times every 2 minutes. I typically just manually export each asset each iteration because it’s quicker. In fact I’m writing this review while waiting for the app to update the screen. COMEEEE ONNNN, stop making vector better for one update and just fix what you got.
Even with the USB plugged in it hardly works for me, always says it’s not connected, checked WiFi, checked lightening cable.. ugh why is a problem???
