Chiller’s first original series, Slasher, is a murder mystery that follows the horrifying copycat murders based on the 7 Deadly Sins. This app puts you in the world of Slasher, and challenges you to find the killer in full 360-degree virtual reality. The choices you make change the outcome of the story. Be warned: You may not survive.
For the most immersive experience this app works with any Google Cardboard viewer. If you don’t have a Google Cardboard viewer, just move and tilt your device to explore every corner of the 360° scenes.

Ratings and Reviews
Real serious potential.
I'm going to give this 5 stars. Only because everyone trying out V.R. should get this app! I was sick of looking at fish in the ocean and riding the same rollercoaster over and over. This app brings you into a story and let's you choose your fate. I can barely work my smartphone so this V.R. stuff seemed crazy to me. Once I used this app, I'm hooked! Yes it could do with some tweeking, which I'm sure that we will be seeing some updates for it soon enough, but it's a serious thrill nonetheless. This is coming from someone that has never seen the show. I'm going to look it up and check it out now.
Now, trying not to be a spoiler, here is what I hope the folks running this app read. More options. You know why! I love the fact that we have to endure the stressful moments, it pulls us into the story very well. I'd like to be able to make other decisions. Being able to fast forward would be nice as well. Once I get my punishment it would be nice to not have to go through the whole thing to get back to where I was.
Great Concept. Mediocre Execution.
The quality is pretty awful. I know this is an emerging platform, so I'm sure a lot of these production companies are just trying to put out content, but I think it's more hurtful to the company to waste money on a crappy end result.
Not only was the quality of the video pretty bad, the acting was terrible as well. Though it did remind me of the horrible low budget horror movies I would get from Blockbuster back in high school, so if that's what you're going for, then great!
Another huge downside is you can't skip through anything when you start over. You have to go through all the terrible acting all over again! Not only that, I thought, my first time through, that my phone was dimming (as it sometimes does when playing/viewing other VR content) so I touched the screen to wake it up, and it sent me back to the menu/start page!!! I had to completely start again. I went through three times, the first time I accidentally was taken to the menu, the second two times I was quickly killed.
Oh and that isn't even scary! I'm typically a scardy cat with stuff like this but nothing about "being killed"/tortured was scary! You show up in a beautiful old craftsmen home and a man in a dress and a mask sticks a knife in your leg...then lets you go??? What?
I gave up after the 3rd time through. I don't want to keep going through the terrible acting/dialogue/writing.
This game would have to make major changes before I thought about playing again.
Great game but...
I used to hate scary movies but lately I can't get enough. Absolutely love love love this series so far. This game and the concept of it is awesome. Reminds me of those Choose Your own adventure books. The graphics are amazing. Sadly can't give it 5 stars because the game sort of dead ends, even after choosing different directions and possible options. IDK Maybe it's because the tv series just started and the game will expand as it does... hopefully.
