Great app, but...
There's a glitch where the time never goes away when you try to make new alarms. It makes it very hard to create/cancel alarms. Without this glitch, the app would be perfect.
This is My Alarm Clock, but I'd like to see an update
This is a very useful Alarm clock, I have purchased and tested several alarms clocks and this is the one I use. But there are a few things that bug me about it and down grade it from a five stars.
1) It does not conform to Night Shift
2) it cannot be resized or have a mini-window
3) you cannot dim or change the color of the Digits
4) you cannot Sort multiple alarms
Now the things I like about it:
The ability to play MP3's as Alarm sounds
The Sleep Timer is very useful
The easy Alarm setup
The Clean interface
The fact you can program the Alarm Volume, (really important if you wear headphones)
Things I have not seen:
Gobbling up insane amounts of memory, it is between 40 and 80 meg depending on MP3 files
The cause of my machine over heating, My Mac mini 2012 runs 24 x 365 and I’ve been using this for about two years, with no issues.
I’ve used it on several different version of MacOS from Snow Leopard to Mojave ( Have several old Mac’s I’ve run it on.)
I’d like to see it up graded for the newer OS’s and add new OS features.
Glitch makes it an absolute pain to interact with
The clock that displays the current time never disappears when you click a different tab- for example, when I try to create a new alarm, it is difficult to see what I’m doing because it is obscured by the current time. This is very annoying. I bought the premium version because I thought that glitch was exclusive to the free version, and I am very disappointed to see that this issue is still present. I would not recommend this app to anyone.
Without this issue, I would love the app. The layout is intuitive and it is very helpful and convenient. Unfortunately, this issue really does make it a pain to interact with. Please resolve it if you can.
