Sleep Time is an app that cares about your sleep. Here are its main features:
• Reminds you go to bed on time by letting you set bedtime reminders.

• Features a sleep cycle calculator, which can help you find the best wake up times for a given bedtime or the best bedtimes for a given wake-up time. It takes into account the time you need to fall asleep (sleep latency), which can be changed in settings.

Or let’s assume you’re a student studying for an exam late at night, all you know you have to be up at 7 in the morning, wouldn’t you want to know what are the best times for you to go to bed so you could cram as much as possible for the exam while still waking up refreshed?
You can set an alarm to wake you up at any time you desire. That alarm will wake you up within a wake-up window you specify. For example, if you set an alarm at 8 with a wake-up phase of 30 minutes, you’ll wake up between 7:30 and 8. Sleep Time will use your device’s accelerometer to detect your movements in bed. Based on your movements, Sleep Time will know when you’re in a light sleep state, and then ring the alarm. The result is, a fresher, happier, and awesome you!

Stopped Working with Last Update
I really like this app; however it stopped working with the 11.0.2 update. The app close whenever you touch a menu selection at the bottom (settings, calculate wake up times, bedtime reminders, set alarm). My favorite feature is the graduated alarm. Disappointed I have to go to something else.
Please update so it works with latest iPhone update! I love love loved this app! Better than any other out there, and I tried them all. Pretty please update!!! My life isn’t the same without it!
Crashes with 11.0.2 Update
I loved this app, it was perfect for me to gauge the best time for me to wake up. I’m sad I have to find something else because I can’t find another app that is streamlined like this one. I’ve been using their website; it’s not as mobile friendly as I’d like, but I hope it stays up and running.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
