This is the third sleep tracking app I have tried, and by far the worst of the three. It does detect how long I've been in bed, but otherwise just has a solid bar showing deep sleep, with one or two spots of light sleep interspersed. There is no way I spend hours at a time in pure deep sleep. I've given it three nights, but have had no useful information. This morning, I had a vivid dream just before waking, and so I had something to 'test' the app against. It said I was in deep sleep. When I try to adjust the sensitivity control, it tells me it has no sleep data (even though it clearly has some). I've done all the troubleshooting suggested on their web site (except, no, I'm not going to completely reset my iPhone for this app). The HealthKit settings are correct and data on active calories, heart rate, etc. are being recorded. The app just doesn't know what to do with them. I rarely think this way, but I find myself suspicious of all the glowing 5-star reviews, given how dramatically different my experience was. I recommend you give this one a pass. Even if their support people could somehow help me get it working, it shouldn't be this difficult. The other two sleep tracking apps I tried worked easily; I just didn't care for the way they presented the data. That now looks trivial to me and I am moving back to the first one I tried, that was recommended in an online review of sleep tracking apps.


I was really impressed that it was automatic and so smart. I woke up at night because I was thirsty, but I fell back to sleep again, and it had tracked it! It realized when I woke up! It is so useful for me for some reasons. Anyway, I haven't been sleeping enough for roughly a month, because I didn't know when I fell asleep and when I should wake up to maintain enough sleep, but this app helped me😌. As you know, sleeping is very important for your health, so why are you waiting? If you have an Apple Watch this app is going to be great for you to maintain your needed sleep, it has an smart alarm that wakes you up at the right time, you just need to enter how many hours you want to sleep! So buy this app right away!👍

Tracks my sleep and wake patterns more accurately

I have tried 3 other apps (1 free and 2 paid) and this one, by far, is the best for me. It works well with my Apple Watch to track my heartbeat and how much deep sleep I get each night. Also shows how many times I wake up throughout the night.
The only reason I did give it a 4 star instead of 5 is that I do have to adjust "fall asleep time" sometimes. I have adjusted the sensitivity, but it was difficult to dial in for sleep and wake and still sometimes doesn't have the correct "fall asleep" time, but that is easily adjustable when I look at it in the morning. Other than that, this app is great and helps me track my sleep more accurately than other apps out there.
