Helpful app

I got the app just last week and found it very revealing. I've been traveling, so sleeping on different (spring) mattresses but all firm ones. It has very accurately detected the times during the night I awakened. Like others who've reviewed it here, I find it overestimates the time I'm truly asleep and by way of that how long it's taken me to fall asleep. However, note that the summary says "sleeping or RESTING". Without additional tech equipment it can only tell you so much. I must say how I feel in the AM is so far consistent with my (unexpectedly) high %---my scores frankly surprised me from the outset. I'll be interested to see what it records on a truly bad night that leaves me feeling crappy the next day.
It is saving my history fine so far.
I think the issues about contacting the company, which some reviews emphasize, must be connected to the most recent review at time of writing this: apparently the creators are no longer in business. Too bad.....
I have not used the alarm feature yet, but for those of you who have had issues, why aren't you putting your phone on airplane mode at night??? I always do that when I use the alarm in the phone. Why would you want to get notifications during the night when you're trying to sleep?

A better nights sleep

An absolutely fantastic app for sleep tracking. I was a bit skeptical at first, but after using it for a month, I've noticed a significant difference in my sleeping habits and how rested I feel in the morning. It's almost become a game competing against myself for how well I can fall asleep and stay asleep. I also feel that it is a pretty accurate estimate of how well a person sleeps. Nights that were under 80% I felt horrible and over I felt fantastic. Yay for sleep! I track both nights and day time naps. Be sure to try the gentle waking alarm. It's pretty cool. It truly does wake you up gently... Gently as in it tends to always catch me in my dream and then I gradually wake up with it.

I use an iTunes song as alarm!

I love the smart alarm feature! Great app, exactly what I was looking for. I think it may overestimate my asleep time, though, because even though I have stopped moving doesn't mean I have suddenly fallen asleep. But there isn't really a way the app could correct for this.

It would be even better if it had an overall stats graph too and the ability to add notes to each night's data so you can follow the app's advice and see trends in what helps/hurts your restfulness. On the weekends it would be nice to have the option to be woken up once I have gotten a certain amount of effective hours of sleep.
