Better sleep. Better days. Powered by mindfulness.
Sleepfulness is full of tried and tested mindfulness tracks to help you not only get to sleep but also improve the quality of the sleep that you have.
You can choose to listen to tracks at four different times of your day: Going To Sleep, When You Can't Sleep, Waking Up & Daytime. And all of them support the quality of your sleep and therefore the quality of your day.
The app contains ten free tracks all designed to help you relax your mind. There are then additional packs which you can purchase for specific needs such as Anxiety, Stress or Brightness.
Alongside the mindfulness tracks the app also gives you additional sleep insights as well as helpful tips and tricks when it comes to getting the most out of mindfulness.
Sleepfulness is the new app from the makers of buddhify, the best-selling mindfulness app which has already helped people all around the world improve their sleep as well as a wider range of other benefits.
A 2015 Harvard University study showed that the practices of mindfulness meditation can help both get to sleep and improve the quality of the sleep that you have.
So download Sleepfulness today for a brighter tomorrow.

Fix to forced logout for some users, timezone and settings update.
Signing in every time I use the app is getting old.
I like Buddhify, and I like the content in this app. I paid the $10 to unlock all the packs almost right from the beginning. My problem, however, is that recently the app has required me to log in to my account almost every time I use it. I do not understand why an account and a password is necessary when I've happily given the company my email address already. Further, why can't the app simply check with the App Store to see what in-app purchases I've unlocked? When I'm trying to start a track to help me go to sleep, the last thing I want to do is stare at my screen for longer so I can type out my email address and password.
Logging in every time means more screen time before bed
Having a sleep meditation app that forces you to log in each time you use it (waking you up more than necessary by keeping you looking at the phone's screen) totally defeats the purpose of the app. There are settings you can set to make the screen view less disruptive while you pick a track but the settings reset every time the app logs you out (which is every time you use it). Having paid around $10 for all of the content, the least they could do is have the app remember my email and/or password -- or keep it logged in once you've paid for the full content.
I am very disappointed in this app because I genuinely love Buddhify and I like the meditations on this app too. Stored log-in info and keeping settings from session to session (otherwise, why bother changing the settings at all since that also means more screen time before bed) is a very basic function that most other apps have mastered. Changing this one issue would make a huge difference in the user experience. I'm honestly surprised that they haven't done anything about this yet, given the number of people who have brought this issue up.
If this ever gets fixed, I'll be happy to consider a higher rating but I can't give this app more than a 1 at this point while it is lacking such a basic feature -- especially given the cost of purchasing all of the tracks.
Great addition to my other meditation apps!
