Ratings and Reviews
Useless for shared custody situation
They’ve completely neglected the concept of shared custody. Only one SmartCare account, billing info, etc can be associate with a child. Given how many split homes there are in the world, this is a massive oversight and design flaw.
Needs more work
You should be able to pay what you want not have to pay whole thing.
Poor Design Limited Functions
This app compared to others is bare bones. The timeline is awkward. It’s a constant timeline that is very hard to differentiate the days. The text is far to large and it’s unappealing. It’s been noted that’s it’s a hard app for the teachers to use as well. Any center that uses this app does not care about the parents or teachers input on what they would like in a childcare app. This is designed for billing the parents and making payments easy. The timeline seems an afterthought. There’s no way to communicate with the teachers. All in all a very poor design.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
