SMART GEL app für iOS (iPhone & iPad)

SMART GEL is a mobile ‚inspector‘ to instantly measure and quantify the hygienic condition of surfaces in hygiene sensitve areas. To verify the hygienic condition of a surface you need the indicator gel TM SMART GEL from THONHAUSER/AFCO, which changes its color from purple to green when impurities are detected on the surface.
Using the SMART GEL app you take a picture of the sprayed surface and quantify the soiled parts for documentation and quality control purposes.

Procedure:
1. using the provided spray bottle, spray the indicator gel, TM SMART GEL, onto a surface
2. after 30-60 sec take picture with your iPhone, iPod or iPad
3. start the SMART GEL app
4. tap on ‚choose photo‘ and select the photo which you would like to quantity
5. the app generates clean/dirty value of the taken picture
6. visually check if your picture conforms to real-life situation
7a. if automatic mode was not acurate enough, tap on ‚MANUAL MODE‘ and manually adjust clean/dirty/non gel areas by taping on buttons provided and by selecting affected tiles on the screen
7b. if you need to zoom into the picture taken or crop an area of the picture for a more accurate result, tap the ZOOM/CROP buttons in the right bottom corner
8. read clean/dirty value on the right frame side of the screen and take notes of the results
