Snail is a fast and simple task and time management application. It's great for planning and mastering your daily workflow and time. Created with love and precision, Snail combines a beautiful interface and smooth run. Intuitively easy to use, it always sits at hand, ready to help.

We believe Snail will help everyone achieve their goals and make their dreams a reality.

Good ideas are always born impulsively. Big new tasks and small to-do's come unplanned during your busy day. Instead of trying to keep all these things in your head, you can collect them in a Stack. It only takes a few seconds.

When seeking goals, it's useful to plan your daily activity. Snail lets you make plans for a day, week, month, or any date you want. Organizing tasks and changing their order is as simple as drag and drop.

Time is one of your most precious things. In order to be more productive, you always have to know where your hours and minutes have gone. With Snail, you can easily track the time you spend working on each task. If you forgot to stop or start the task progress, don't worry. You can edit recorded data anytime later.

For various reasons, sometimes even the best-planned tasks aren’t done on time, but Snail helps you not to forget them. Overdue tasks will be displayed in red on your next day’s schedule so you’ll be able to resume them when you’re ready.

It's always a pleasure to see the things you’ve done, and Snail makes it easy, highlighting your completed tasks in green. You can also return to past days to review your completed work. You'll be excited to find out how much you can do, and Snail will help you do even more.

Solid Task App, but needs a bit more polish

This is a great app in that it allows tasks to be dragged and dropped from the stack to specific dates, and has built-in intuitive time tracking. I think a countdown would also be useful, but the feature which would be most useful would be one to drag and drop text, notes, or email messages from an app to the Snail icon to automatically create a task in the stack.

I have a few issues with the current version (1.0.7) - the task list window cannot be resized, and multiple-monitor support isn't there (Snail spawns on the primary monitor only rather than the monitor on which the icon is clicked, and it cannot be dragged to the non-primary monitor).

Additionally, another useful feature would be the ability to have more than one task stack - to be able to create separate stacks to represent “projects” (in the GTD sense) Being able to drag and drop an email or note to generate a new task and being able to assign to more than one stack would make this THE killer personal task app on the market.

Regardless of whether either of those features are ever implemented, this is still a great app, and I recommend it.

Other suggestions:
- Add a countdown
- Allow a setting for “working hours”, and display the total time remaining in a corner of the app
- Create an easy way to drag a task from the stack to any other date
- Create a link on the developer website for Support, or feature suggestions

Judging by the Facebook page, it’s been a few months since the last developer update - I hope that the developer intends to continue work on this app - there’s some great room to create a product which really owns the task management space.
