Ads ruined a perfectly fun game
This was my favorite go to game the moment I discovered it! I play other .io games and I love those too but this one was the best because there were absolutely no ADS at all during the game. After I would die, I would usually immediately spawn somewhere really close to where I was just demolished by another snake. Now I have to wait for an ad for a “life”...really? Now I’m limited to game play? Not only that but with this new stupid update its glitchy and slow so when the stupid ad is over for that free “life”, you return to the game but it’s so glitchy and slow that your snake doesn’t turn in time before it runs into another snake. This happens EACH and EVERY time there’s an AD. I am very disappointed this game turned out to be just like the rest of them, flooded with stupid ads that just get in the way. I shouldn’t have to pay to remove the ads since I had the game and I’ve been playing it for some time now, without all the ads to begin with. I won’t delete this game yet, I would love to see the developers make this right for the people like me who were enjoying and playing this game AD free before the update made it not fun at all and now you have to pay to remove the ADS. We should be grandfathered into the updates since we were playing first.
What mobile games should be
Despite what some reviewers say, the ads are extremely unobtrusive in this app. You watch 5 seconds of an ad after you die or you can watch 30 seconds and get a second chance without losing your acquired length. Totally reasonable for a free app. They have to make money somehow, people.
Anyways, this game is just straight up good. It’s simple to learn, but challenging. It moves quickly and doesn’t punish you too much when you die. And you can start playing at the drop of a hat and stop just as quickly, so it’s perfect for when you just have a minute or two to kill, but don’t have 10 minutes or more for some kind of MOBA or an rpg or something.
Are there any real players?
Playing this game I noticed that it is not like your average IO game. All the players that I come across in other IO games have players with absurd names that you can tell are real people. This game seems to have the same people with the same names that I assume are bots. It lets you change your name at the start of the game to anything that you want why am I seeing peoples first and last names on this game. The names that I see I’ve seen for a couple days now between different servers. Is this game full of bots or are there actually any real players? I don’t play games that are full of bots and I will be deleting this game if it is such because that being said if it is full of bots but all the moves are predicted when you were playing against AI which is no fun and ruins the sense of accomplishment. Please elaborate developers!
