Can’t beat the price and features!!!
I used Snapheal for my art project and fixed dozens of old scanned photos. The app is extremely helpful, simple and fast. I like the fact that you can adjust the erasing modes and selectively adjust parts of the images. This is extremely useful and I highly advice you to get Snapselect for your photos. Here are some things I like most.
A possibility to change the erasing result. If I don’t like it from the first try, I can change the mode. This is something that is not possible in other software, even in Photoshop.
I also like the different precisions, so if I have some simple task, I can use a basic precision and it will be very fast. When I was fixing the scratches on my uncle’s scanned photo, I used the highest precision - it took about a minute longer, but I got the result I wanted.
It’s also great as extension in El Capitan. Wish this happened earlier, as I am using Photos as my main photo app.
The best object removal in the world.
Snapheal was the first and is still the best. I like the speed and the quality of the object removal.
You may need some additional edits from time to time (also can be done in Snapheal), but in most cases the the results are astonishing, as if nothing was there.
Highly recommend! Great to be able to use it as Photos extensions as well. Befunky is cool too.
I am not impressed with this app at all. With the purchase of this app, I no longer trust user reviews to guide me in my app store purchasing decisions. This app may be useful to some but I have actual photoshop skills and this app does a smidgen of what photoshop can do, which is useless to me.
I’d also like to point out that these developers think it is fun to add “facts about the world” to their app. As though it makes it “fun to use”. However, I found the addition to be distracting and probably only inserted to divert the attention away from the fact that the app does do very little in comparison to major photo editing tools.
I suggest you use google to learn how to use pixelmator or photoshop or any other major photo editor rather than these small apps that do one or two things like this one does.
I wish I had my $15 bucks back!
