What’s your major malfunction??
I do not understand this app. I have an online account as I’ve ordered for work. Tried to login and didn’t work, so I created a new account via the app. Got in. Went to order and it provided me with a new login screen. Inputted credentials... didn’t work. Used my online “work credentials” and it worked. Logged out, tried to log back in with work credentials and didn’t work. Why is it that the first screen only allows me to use one login and the actual ordering only allows me to use the other? Pretty sure I’m not going to earn points, so what’s the point of using?
App doesn’t work
Writing this review standing in what looks to be a 15 minute line to get my “snappy” salad. I tried to put the order in with the app before coming in but it’s not even close to possible. The location doesn’t work. Their stores don’t show on the map. The order function doesn’t do anything. I got some sort of error message about Java Script running on my iPhone. Save your time and don’t download this app. Honestly, the app is as pointless as the word “snappy” when talking about this restaurant. Devs, why release something that doesn’t work? Did you ever try the app before releasing?
App is mostly not functional
Just about the only thing I can successfully do on this app is get a list of stores and their hours.
When you try to place an order, I think it’s loading a portion of a website in the app, because you get a secondary hamburger menu that has drop downs to log in (when you ARE logged into the app) Additionally, you don’t see the whole map and nothing happens when you enter your location. It is unusable.
Looking at the list of stores, there is no “order here” so it seems that the order page and the rest of the app are not connected.
The app hamburger menu is completely unhelpful, as is the FAQ section.
The skinny handwritten font is horrible too, like underneath the icons (on a 7+) so hard to read.
