The SNOO app is the smartphone companion to your Happiest Baby SNOO Smart Sleeper, the safest and most effective baby bed ever made.
- SNOO Log: Tracks your baby's sleep every day...automatically.
- Alerts: Lets you know if your baby needs more than SNOO's soothing (due to hunger or discomfort).
- Remote Control: You can quickly respond to your baby's needs by adjusting SNOO’s levels up and down.
- Customize: Pick the best motion and white noise settings for your baby.
- Adapt: Lets you boost the level of rhythmic sensation - like riding in a car all night (reduces sleep disruptions from colds, growth spurts, sleep regressions, teething, etc.)
- Easy Weaning: Special setting helps babies learn to sleep without motion, to prepare for moving to a crib.
SNOO intelligently responds to your baby’s needs and, within just days, helps the whole family get more sleep. It calms crying and boosts sleep with the rhythmic sound and motion that babies find so soothing in the womb.
A home Wi-Fi connection is required to use the app with your SNOO.

Pretty good, but could use some helpful changes!
The app is nice because it makes it easy to increase or decrease the level remotely. Keeps track of data adequately. I use it if I have to step out of the room quickly to monitor what level it’s on and have reliably known if he’s calm or not. PLEASE add a feature that pops up a notification and makes a sound when it changes from blue/calm to another level! It would be really helpful while using other apps, or in the other room with the other child, or taking 10 minutes in another room. As of right now, you have to have the app pulled up (and cannot have your phone go to sleep) for you to see the color/level it’s on. Also it would be nice to see a step-wise visual graph of how long it was at the various levels as it calmed the baby. Like the one in the user guide. But overall super helpful and nice to look at in its simplicity.
App is 2 stars. Bassinet 5.
The app is slow to update, gets stuck too often, doesn’t update properly (at least not consistently) and is now cluttered with useless features that make it harder to use and access. Reliability and accuracy should be the most important things, and while it’s good, it fails often enough that we can’t trust it or rely on it when we need it.
The recent update added annoying and useless features like “trends” but unless you’re a single child family or fortunate enough to maintain a strict schedule where you’re home all the time every day and don’t move your baby out of the snoo, I’m not sure how you’ll ever get anything useful out of the “trend” information. Just seems like somebody wanted to add something “new” even though it’s useless clutter.
I just wish the app had a cleaner interface (before the update was fine) and was reliable and accurate. All the rest just makes it messy and less useful.
Love snoo; app could be better
SNOO users need the app to control many aspects of the bassinet. Mostly it works well, but I agree with reviewers asking for notifications of level changes when the bassinet is in use. If there were notifications like this the app could work as a baby monitor. More importantly, though, our kid worked himself out of one side clip and the SNOO turned itself off, but it did not notify us when this happened — the app stated the change on the home screen, but I think a kid getting out of the safety clips is a safety issue and there should be a loud notification to parents so they can take the kid out or re-clip before he/she could get hurt. Another request: I love the charts and weekly/monthly data, but I wish there were a way to manually input naps the baby takes outside the SNOO. I would love to track all sleep/nap time, but we are not always home for naps.
