Worst Pay card company I've ever dealt with
I've had this card for 6 months. And have had problems since. First my card gets frozen for no real reason which caused me to be late on my rent. Second at a certain time every other week it's stops working, I can't run it as debit at some places and sometimes it just wouldn't even work, also wouldn't let me log into the app to check my funds. Third they pre authorize payments before checking with the customer or the company which the payment is being made to. I have been waiting to get my money back from this bogus company for two weeks now. I haven't received and email informing me about my claim or even a update to as where it's at. I will never use this "bank" or even recommend it to anyone in the future. When I call the customer service line I shouldn't be charged to pay for you to answer my question that's what your company is supposed to do. I just want my money back and to be done with these jokers
Bad App, slower Customer service
I have been using Sole for exactly a year today. My app just stopped working. Can’t see transactions after September, even then all of my transactions between those months aren’t available on the app. Wait time is in excess of 1 hour and more for Dispute Department because there is usually only one representative available(as informed and relayed to me by a customer service agent). A third party company handles disputes POORLY and lazily and there’s been no need to even report fraud and scams because they have sided with the merchant Every time. I am also a Bank Of America Gold Rewards Client and I find it easier to just be with them. Less of a hassle to get my money off my card and Sole Company is like the Spirit Airlines of banks. They charge for everything and have soooo many unnecessary fees.
Please fix this.
I've had this app for about a year and it was working with no problem. Since yesterday, I've tried logging into my account, with the CORRECT PASSWORD THAT I'VE BEEN USING FOR A YEAR, and it keeps saying "authentification failed." Nothing wrong with my wifi; I even tried to sign in on cellular data and it failed as well. I tried changing my password, still same message: "authentification failed, please try again later." I then uninstalled and re-installed and am still having the same issue. Please fix this ASAP, as it is an app that withholds personal information about me and MY MONEY. Please fix asap, this is a very important matter.
