Solfeggio Studio for Piano™ interactively teaches you sheet music and trains your ears to recognise single notes, intervals, chords, tempo, and even scales.
The exercises are fully customisable, allowing you to tailor fit the training in a way that best fits your needs, making learning quicker and more enjoyable.
For example, you can choose to read notes in treble clef, bass clef, or both clefs. You can custom select the range of notes to work with. You can elect to have intervals and chords sound arpeggiated or in unison. You can select which particular intervals, chords, and scales to work with, even adding chord inversions if you want. And this is only the top of the iceberg!
Solfeggio Studio for Piano™ is integrated with your MIDI instrument via the USB interface, making it possible to learn in the most natural and productive way.
The program keeps track of your performance statistics, which helps make you aware of progress, as well as pointing out areas that need improvement.
In addition to teaching you sheet music and training your ears, Solfeggio Studio for Piano™ has useful flashcards with Circle of Fifths, and just about all sheet music symbols nomenclature, including loudness and tempo.
Updating with latest framework libraries.

Some elements of this app work well, some…not so much
I connect a midi interface between this app and my digital keyboard and have been using it to drill myself on notes, intervals and chords. Customizable settings for notes and intervals work well. Chords work pretty well if you choose what they refer to as “chord notation” (something akin to lead sheet symbols, although I’d prefer to be able to customize this further to use lead sheet symbols as they are commonly written in real life on an actual lead sheet) But let me tell you, when you try to use this app to drill on chords using classical notation…whew! It’s awful. The chords are misspelled at least half the time. EX: F A# C# for a Bb minor triad in second inversion. This is seriously NOT useful. Please get an actual musician to test all elements of this app and then take their advice to FIX IT. :)
