I use it as my Commercial Real Estate CRM and it creates a 360 degree view of my clients and property listings. I can quickly query my listing database and share property listings with my leads. They get an email and a with a quick free app download they can view and interact with listings I have shared with them. This is a game changer and a huge time saver for people that spend most of their time out of the office. The development team at Solve are close to releasing a browser version of the Solve client manager which allows you access your data on the big screen in your office and import your data (although you can just as easily attach a keyboard and monitor to your tablet). Most user will enjoy being able to work just on their handheld device and enjoy not being tied to their desk. The best CRM for you is the one you will actually use and Solve is simple for anyone to use and powerful enough so you don't ever need to change CRM. Feature for feature it is also delivers the best value of any CRM.
New to client manager
I have been using solve for several years and just started the transition to the client manager! Love that I can easily use this from my phone and iPad. My staff has also found this to be a very easy transition. The handoffs is probably one of my favorite features! It’s been less then a week that I have been using it and I can see how it is going to make my work life much easier. Lastly, I have been emailing many questions to the solve support team and they are extremely helpful and very quick to answer.
