The SONIC Drive-In app lets you pay with your phone, get rewards, find out about new items and offers, browse the menu, check nutritional information, send gift cards and more!
• Earn rewards for reloading your MySONIC card in the app (and get other rewards every month just because we like you)!
• Use your phone to pay. Our new mobile payment process lets you check in to pay at any time during your order and keep track of your order’s progress in the app. Plus, you’ll get rewards like free tots for reloading your card.
• Send and receive digital gift cards in the app. Pay your friends back for your last SONIC run. Say Thank You to your mom. Wish your friends a Happy Birthday, Happy Hanukkah, or just Happy Hour!
• Find the closest SONIC Drive-In locations in your area and see their hours.
• Browse the menu. Check out what’s new and view nutritional info for each item.
What's New in Version 3.0.0
We’ve rebuilt the SONIC Drive-In app from the ground up, with a fresh design and a ton of enhancements! If you already have an account, log in using your same email and password. Your MySONIC cards and rewards are still there, but with improvements that make it all easier to manage.
PAYMENT
Introducing the new SONIC Pay℠ – no more long code to remember. Now you check in to your SONIC Drive-In location using the stall number you are parked at, and your order and payment will sync with the app. At stores featuring our new menu board touch screens, you’ll see the screen welcome you back in a new way when you check in, and show you the status of your order as it is being prepared.
REWARDS
Rewards get an upgrade too! We’ve made it clearer when to redeem and made redemption more fun. Everyone needs a little celebration when you cash in those free tots.
MENU
You can now browse the SONIC Drive-In menu right in the app. Check out all your favorites and find new ones when we release new items. You can also look up the nutritional values and size options for each item.
LOCATIONS
Search for the SONIC Drive-In locations closest to you. We’ve also added store phone numbers and hours where available. Filtering by mobile payment, drive-thru, and Now Open coming soon.
This is just the beginning. Lots more coming to the SONIC Drive-In app this summer!

YES! Love this app!
Stopped in to Sonic to get my lemon berry water to mix with my pink drink. Love the new mobile payment option with the Sonic app. I have a Sonic gift card which is loaded into the app on my phone. I don't have to slide my debit card, or fumble for money while my order is coming out. All of the Sonic's in Searcy are super fast, so a lot of the time I didn't even have time to get my payment ready before my order was coming to me! Now I can make my order, pay for it, and watch the progress of it being made all from my phone. Talk about coolness. 👍🏻

Awesome Update!!
Paying within the app is pretty difficult for me. I gives me the option to pay, but I have to pay an extra $10 before I can pay through the app. I am not paying for 2 meals, if I just ordered 1. You might want to tweak the payment system within the app a bit or I just need help understanding how to pay!! I always have to switch from my phone and use my physical card and then go back to the app. Kind of a hassle!
No more punching numbers to pay!
Was kind of put off that I had to delete old app to install update, but wow! Soo much better than the old one. No more punching in five digit codes. Put in your stall number, press red button on sign, order. As your order is being added it appears on your app. Cool! Then use your card to pay. Finally coming into the 21st century Sonic. Got this one right! Good job!
