Having trouble with your points? We care about your experience on our app. If you observe any missing point total occurrences, please email our support team with a screenshot of your total points history and we will be happy to reimburse your points after verifying your points balance history.
What's New in Version 1.3
Sonotize is back with the 1.3 update and we have worked long hours to deliver an update that not only fixes the bugs, but also enhances your complete experience while using the app.
Let's first talk about the bug fixes.
You know those popups you dread seeing when you tap, listen, and seek to the next track? Well, we've taken care of that for you and fixed those 403 errors that were a buzz kill and threw your awesome groove off mid-song.
Also, we realized that even as cool as it is to be able to navigate to the same page from various buttons, we got rid of that and simplified how to navigate to your profile page. Simply, tap your username located on the top left hand side and bada-bing bada-boom, you are able to view your profile and points information. Nothing to it!
Speaking of points, we heard some of you were performing magic tricks and making your points disappear. That's cool and bravo to some of you who made an Uber-sized living off of it, pun intended. However, unfortunately we had to end your dreams of becoming a magician at our expense. Shhhhh we aren't dream killers, we are calling it a bug fix. Listen carefully, now your points will only increment after you listen to a complete track. No more "abracadabra...I made my points vanish!"
We aren't done...We've fixed many layout and design issues while performing certain actions. Again, we at Sonotize aren't fans of encouraging performing squished logos, disappearing navigation bars, profile view layering, and other related tricks.
The most important bug fix is Reward Redemption. Yes it is working! Visit the rewards page and tap on something you like. If you are able to get it and have collected enough points, tap "Redeem Reward." Soon after, an email will be sent to your associated email to complete the process to redeem your reward. If some of you still notice any issues, please check your connection or try again later. You won't believe it but on our end, we have to send your redemption requests to the sky and back. So sometimes Superman runs into an evil villain, he has to defeat, while delivering your reward redemption request. Whoops we weren't supposed to tell you who we hired to do the heavy lifting. Please keep that on the down low.
Unfortunately, there are a few errors we can't control when we attempt to communicate with Spotify® and fetch your massive amounts of information and data. For those errors, we have customized our popup error alert messaging to be in "human language." I guess someone on our team thought we are creating an app for robots. Don't worry, let's just say that person is no longer around and we cleaned house. If you still have issues, please ensure your connection is intact and login information is correct. A few minutes after you encounter the error is a nice time to try again.
Now let's get to a few enhancements we threw in just for you.
We designed a new logo splash screen so that you won't be blinded by a white screen while launching our app. I know some of you may have thought it was a nice fashion statement to wear sunglasses while launching our app but you can move on to new and better fashion trends. Trust us, it's for the better.
We also switched it up a little on the Profile screen. You may notice or you may not. Either way, it's all good and just for you.
There are additional bug fixes and enhancements you may notice but this may become the new popular book to movie series if we go on and on about everything we did...

Finally fixed
The app no longer gives errors after songs due to its most recent update. Although I like seeing my points rack up as I go they're now only received after a full song but it still gives the same amount.
App runs well with Spotify and the redemption system works well. Occasionally point prices jump up but not at all to an outrageous amount
