Bottom line: in 9 days I have lost 9 lbs. Only 26 lbs to go. I am diabetic, have struggled with weight for half a century. Been up, been down, but never reached my starting weight, let alone staying there. That remains a goal.
read your fine print agreement before you sign up. You are agreeing to two months and it will continue forever if you don't cancel.
Found a brown hair in my morning entree. All white heads in this house.
When logging meals and snacks we need to be able to enter fractional servings. If there is a way to do that it is not intuitive. The decimal point does not work.
Initial purchase online did not apply the advertised coupon. When I called to complain, correction could not be made to current purchase, only second month.
I have dealt with much better customer service, from policy go personnel. SBD needs to learn how to facilitate good will.
For all the breakfast entrees, they are only a base to which I add another egg and maybe some peppers, onions, mushrooms, herbs, spices.
Same for regular meals. I went out to Costco and bought a bulk bag of broccoli and green beans.
More Pros.
I am surprised and encouraged by progress so far. Plan encourages exercise but only walking. Walking is excellent but a metabolic reset can be had by doing 3 sets of ten curls with a dumbbell weight appropriate for you.
App should allow for notes after each meal and each day.
Don't let a relapse set you back. One day at a time works just fine.

Love everything about it, not enough foods in the database


The Diet is great. While the prepared foods could be better, it will be once I learn to cook it for myself. It's a trial and error, some meals are better than others.

My only problem with the app is that there are not enough foods in the database. I appreciate that some friends or not to be eaten on this diet however that doesn't mean they don't exist. For example, regular bacon, Cobb salad, and at least 30 others I can't think of right now. I was away with friends for the weekend and did my best with portion control and basic intelligence to follow the diet. I wanted an idea of my calorie count, I'm just couldn't find the foods.

If that improves, I think it's a homerun!

Latest Revision Made App Completely Useless


With the previous version, you could set practice days ad see at a glance how many Healthy Fats, Good Carbs, Lean Proteins, Fruits and Vegetables you had left in any given day. You used to also be able to set a day as a practice day. Plus, you used to be able to eat your daily allotment at any meal and record it that way. Now, you have to look at each meal to see what you have left, enter your allocation as pre-defined for each meal, and there is no ability anymore to make a day a practice day. There is now zero flexibility to fit the app to your lifestyle; it is too ridged and does not sync with the SoBe diet plan at all. You have ruined the app with the latest “enhancements”. Kindly bring back the previous version, or a least the features that you removed.
