Totally worth the money for space enthusiasts

I saw the featured review on the App Store complaining about it “not being worth two dollars” and knew I had to say something. This is an excellent game. It’s fair, challenging, entertaining, and for two dollars, quite lengthy. With the number of terrible free to play games increasing every day, I’m more than willing to shell out $2 to have a game that works and doesn’t have any of those absurd ads.

Sure it’s no KSP but it doesn’t need to be! It’s a phone/tablet game! This is by far the best space game I’ve been able to find the in the App Store. The graphics are both semi-realistic and fun and the mixture of missions is quite entertaining.

Free to play might be becoming the new thing, but I’m more than willing to support a solid game for two bucks. Nooleus, keep doing what you’re doing!

Everything in game can be unlocked for free

Price: Fair to Good.
The content you get for what you pay for is really good! Few parts at the start, but EVERYTHING can be unlocked for free.

Micro transactions: Fair
There are micro transactions for various things like early unlocking of parts, skipping missions, hints, etc... But NONE of it is necessary if you simply complete missions. (And you only have to one star a mission to unlock it’s parts!)

Graphics: Good
Smooth gameplay, a solar system to explore, and each rocket piece is detailed in its own way. This game is pretty to look at and smooth to run so you don’t experience lag when docking a part or a system crash when you complete a large space station!

Sound: Fair
To be honest the sound is neither bad nor very good, but the ambient background track in space is not annoying and somewhat pleasing to listen to.

Replay-ability: Very Good
You will continue to launch rockets again, and again, and again, and... You will challenge yourself in the sandbox to build bigger space stations and even orbital ship yards if you choose. You will explore planets, land lunar landers, launch probes, and try to do even better in the mission part of the game!

Let me start of by saying that the orbital mechanics are not complicated and continue by saying that is awesome. I don’t want to launch a Saturn V for instance and then spend six thousand years obsessing over my lunar injection burns. It is challenging (especially later on in career mode when you’re keeping track of numerous craft over huge distances) and fun. I’d love to see the shuttle but you’ve already been over that. The new ion engines are exactly what they need to be and totally worth the wait. I would love to see on the seismometer experiment that if you put a survey sat in orbit where it is it would upload data and maybe a few other types of probes/landers it the old voyagers. Totally worth the price for the amount of content and gameplay. Keep it up.
