Learn How To Speak and Write Khmer (Cambodian)

Khmer language has a complex pronunciation, with 33 consonants and about 16 vowels and diphthongs.
The Khmer alphabet is a phonetic alphabet, that is a group of sounds that have meaning and change depending on implied accents and word structure

Speaking Khmer is not as hard as it looks, we have tried to approach the proper pronunciation of words and sentences without having to use phonetic charts. Pronunciation is based on the English language. Khmer is written in a beautiful script, which is derived from Sanskrit.

As is the case in learning any new language, immersion and practice with native speakers is probably the best way to become competent in speaking, writing, and reading Khmer.

I didn't have any problems either with the sound. It has helped me very much.

I'm happy with it

This is a very useful app. It's hard to find anything out there to help you learn Khmer. This app is well worth the money. By the way, I didn't have any problem with the sound.

Would be useful if the sound worked

I purchased this app hoping to have a little help with pronunciation and learning Khmer script. It looks useful, but I cannot get the sound to work, which makes it largely useless. Attempts to figure out how to find help lead in a loop back to iTunes and the opportunity to purchase the app. Until the sound is fixed and the developer is more responsive to inquiries from purchasers, I cannot recommend
