Amazing, but could use improvement
It does a pretty decent job, but tends to make most things yellow or brown. Would be nice to improve skin tones. On some photos it adds pink, while others tends to simply apply flesh. It's not a miracle app. It will not be perfect, and does not work on all photos, but it's well worth the money to experiment with
Works Pretty Good
Have tried it on a couple of pictures of Laurel & Hardy and was very impressed. Only drawback is that it leaves a large yellow mark either on the face or in the background. Making the photo useless. This has to be corrected.
OK sometimes, poor output resolution is a deal-killer
The app does a pretty decent job on some images, not so good on others. The fatal flaw is the very disappointing output resolution. On my iPad Pro, the app takes my 20mp image, first downsamples it to 5mp and saves a copy to the camera roll (why I am not sure), and then saves the colorized version at a pitiful 0.8mp. This is just unacceptable.
