Ratings and Reviews
Good and I like the minimalism in the design. Fast, no lag. No bugs. Lets me create and save color palettes just like it says with options. It was intuitive for me to use, I figured it all out pretty quickly.
My only suggestion is maybe to make an option that gives the user different variations of colors produced from an image. Right now it will always be the same (1-20) colors selected from the photo you import. (I know there are options for complementary, analogous, etc... But I mean literally just pull different maybe even random colors from the photo.)
Elegant tool for Designers
This app has a nice and simple neutral interface which allows me to pick up to 20 colors in a palette by either mixing RGB–HSB dials; pulling from a photo; or picking from a range of blends from two color stops. It also has a nice feature to save your palettes to a library using keywords and then share them via email detailing hex color numbers or numeric values with preview swatches, photo with banded colors, or as an Adobe Swatch Exchange formatted file.
Does what it says on the box
I found the app well suited to my needs, to put together nameable palettes of color swatches. It is pretty stable and straightforward to use.
However I was unable to get iCloud syncing to work at all... There is an option to enable this under Settings, but whenever you run the app, it always turns off the setting off again (on iPad anyway)!
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
