Might be time to give up on Starwood!
These guys still can't get this app right. Another update and another app that doesn't work on iPad. Data not displayed. Messed up screen. Do these guys own an iPad? And it's been this way for MONTHS. Marriott ought to fire whoever is working on qa and put in new people. An embarrassment from a multi billion dollar company who can't even do basic app testing before releasing. And this new version is exactly the same as the old. They could clearly care less about this app. I guess it was too much to ask for them to test on an iPad, huh? I can't wait to get the see the canned robotic like response to this review letting me know they always like to hear comments and not at all addressing the problem. That should appear soon as it always does. Maybe you need a real human who is not a robot reading comments! Shame on you guys. What a waste of time.
Haven't been able to login for months
Update: finally works!! Thank you! Version released on 5/17, I could finally log in!! We'll see how it shakes out.

Have gone back and forth with dev team to no avail. Haven't been able to log in for months. Just get a processing wheel and the same login page. No error message, nothing, just the same sign-in page over and over again. Driving me crazy. Platinum member with a busy travel schedule and it's a useless app.
Easy & Convenient to use!
I've never had a problem with this App, I love it! Very easy to use to book a stay or check your point balance. I recently booked a last minute stay with the convenience of my phone app. I love the convenience of having this available on my phone!
