Push Notifications Are Broken
I've always used the Spiceworks app in the past. Now I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with it.
I'm not receiving push notifications and when I open the notifications menu within the app, it's blank. A co-worker is using an older iPhone with an older iOS version and it works for him.
I'm on 11.3.0, however this issue was present on 11.2.X as I was hoping it was an iOS related issue. Turns it this is definitely something on Spiceworks end. Tried reinstalling the app and even resetting my phone to factory.

I have no idea how this app has managed to have updates and still has not fixed the search issue. The search function is so bad it should just be removed. This app would be 5 stars if the search worked at all. I can’t search for an email address for a user, can’t search for tickets in custom fields I’ve created. The only way I can search for specific tickets is by location. Please fix this issue.
Great job with the app so far. I use this app only for inventory not tickets. When I click timeline from the main inventory screen at the top right the timeline screen loads and I briefly see the timeline for a couple seconds but the app crashes.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
