Search not working
Search for a ticket that has info I need. Search lists potential tickets, I see the ticket that has the info I need (ticket 3466) and click on it, app opens ticket 5455.
Search no longer works. This update is currently useless. Wish I hadn't updated.
Not worth your time
I loaded the app, entered my login credentials, successfully connected to our server, searched for a ticket number, clicked on the ticket, this App displayed the content for the *wrong ticket*. Consistently. Enough said.
Serious latency issues with the latest version (June '15)
Love Spiceworks, but the app is almost unusable with the latency issue. Please fix it. Thanks
