Great when on the field
I love the app because it is well laid out for easy reading and quick responses for tickets. I also use the inventory section a lot to verify all the details entered matches up with what I have on record when I am on the field.
The only thing I would love to see added now is the ability to be able to add inventory from within the app. Currently, if I go out on a site visit and have to add inventory I would take a physical note of all the relevant details then go back to the office to update it. That is very time consuming and not very efficient. Would give it 5 stars when I see that implemented for inventory.
Overall, this is a great free app for any IT centred company. Great job!
Great app, but...
This app is great for help desk tickets and such. I've found though when you want to do some of the reading you can copy and paste.... This seems like something that is very easy to work into an app.
I read the article which are great, but can access some of the link nor save anything that I'd like to check out later.
Thanks for the app and can't wait to future implantation switch the request changes!
Spiceworks App is great
This is great because you can review tickets and close them. You can pretty much do everything on the app that you can do on the desktop. Only problem is that you have to know the text command and syntax to make a lot of features work. I would also love to be able to sort tickets however I want.
