Introducing Spiritual Me, a new way to help you focus your mind, refresh your spirit and maintain awareness of your emotions. Spiritual Me now includes the option to unlock four new routines. Each routine of is a series of seven exercises that guide you through your personal practice of meditation. The exercises in the routines are concise, meaningful and can be completed within a few minutes.

A conscious awareness of self and understanding of purpose provides a blueprint for peaceful and spiritual living. Much like our physical selves; our spiritual selves require daily maintenance and attention. Take time out for yourself; learn to focus your mind, and refresh your spirit.

The word meditate originates from the Latin word meditatum, meaning, “to ponder.” The practice of “meditation” is an ancient practice that has, over time, been integrated into various religious traditions and commonly used as a technique to focus, refocus and/ or find peace within oneself. Modern day use of meditation has shown that mindful meditation can assist in the reduction of stress and anxiety, while improving the cardiovascular health.

The application guides users through routine of seven exercises. Each exercise promotes mindfulness and relaxation. The concept of the routine comes from the inspiration of the natural world, art and scripture.

The original paid routine and all the features without any ads are included for free. You can purchase four more routines individually or as a group. The routine that you receive for free includes these seven exercises.

I love the idea of this app and the exercises all sound very helpful and simple but as straightforward as it is, I still would love to see an option that would always be available (not just in the beginning)in the settings to be able to get some sort of a tour/walk through of how to use the app. I opened this app after downloading it a few months ago and didn't have time to spend using it then, now that I'm going back to it I have the general idea of how it's done but could use a refresher and I can't seem to find one anywhere within the app.

Also to be able to see description of the other exercises that you can buy would be great. I would be more inclined to pay for something that I knew more about.

I have some issues like everyone else. And this app is really good if you actually use it as it is intended for. Take your time and take it seriously. It truly works. Good luck, and I hope you have the same experience that I am having with this app.

My job as a concierge assitant is extremely stressful at times and I think this app allows me to keep that stress in check. Whenever I have a few minutes in between reservations I do the exercises spiritual me advises and it seems to calm me down and keep me relaxed. Really look forward to continuing this relaxation practise.
