Ruined a good thing

I was contacted by one of the creators of the app several months ago to discuss some of their updates and what I liked about the app. At the time, I only had good things to say, but with the recent changes to the cost and regions, it's now unusable for me. Cost makes it slightly cheaper than using other delivery services and the regions (I assume since I get an error each time I try) have made it impossible to send flowers to my girlfriend.

I will not promote or use the app.

Ruined an awesome service

I used to use Spoil regularly and recommended it to all my friends and family. However, it just keeps going downhill. Not only have the prices gone way up, but now it's only available in select cities: none of which are in my state! The service was too good to last.

Used to be cool... not anymore

I moved away from my small hometown several years ago. Spoil is a neat way to keep in touch and send sweet gifts to my friends there! I liked and had success with the Spoils I was able to send. Unfortunately with the newest update, they no longer deliver to my hometown. This app is now useless to me.
