I used an app called JEFIT for years. What this app says to offer sounded very intriguing to give a try. What got me is the calculations of projected weight increase in next workout session and the suggested calories to be on course of weight goal. The only negative so far in my 1 day using this app is it has no illustration or image of the workout, which made me have to refer to the JEFIT app to view. That would shoot this app to a 5 ⭐️.
When you try to set up sessions and u pick the wrong one you get out and try to apply the right one and you choose it it doesn’t have the DONE button on the on the corner like the first time I try to reset the app but it still doesn’t have it so I can finish my custom session. Need to fix this cause it taking me longer to set that up then to work out.

I like the basic functionality of the app, but the programs are not intuitive. There isn't enough variance in the workouts from day to day, week to week. It's the same basic 5 exercises ever other day, with no instruction on how or when to alter this on your own.
The "rep range" tells you to aim for a certain amount in the next workout, but never actually changes in the app. It's on you to remember what it said the previous time.
Also, the conditioning and results information doesn't tell me enough. I'd like to know exactly what I did last time I did an exercise, so I know where I've been.
I like the interface, and ease of navigating, but this app needs work.
Hi Dave, if one of our programs isn't working for you, feel free to go ahead and make edits! We included that feature because we know avid lifters will add their own flavor to any program they go through. Also, version 2.0 will launch very soon, we have revamped our existing programs and added additional options to give you more variety. Additionally, we will make it a little more obvious that you can switch your target rep range on each exercise logging screen. This will automatically trigger new formula weights for you to consider, and will automatically populate next time. Thanks!
