Customer service apps are generally designed to make life easier for the patrons. Other then making sure that you can pay Sprint as fast as possible (in 10 different ways) there is nothing in this app designed to make life easier for its customers. This apps sole purpose is to remind you to pay them first and think about any of the options later. If you want to evaluate your bill, track down a lost number, check on a 13-year-olds call history, God help you. You will jump through hoops all day only to find that the system has failed and you are advised to try again later. One would like to believe that an app represents how a company feels about its customers; & With the company logo leading the way, this app clearly demonstrates Sprints priorities.
Terrible App Very disappointed.
Very disappointed in this app. It's not easy to use and many bugs in it. It's all over the place and you can't find what your looking for. There are many buttons that don't work at all within a click. It takes to long to load pages. It's a big mess. It should be simple and easy to read and use and it's not. This needs to be fixed. I am so tired of the rude reps sprint has. They never help you out, there so quick to shut off your phone when your down & out with no compassion for hard times. Other companies work with you when you been with them for awhile. I'm seriously thinking of finding a new provider other then spirit. I'm tired of it all. Terrible app and terrible company!!!!
Apps are more useful when they actually function
How does a major cell carrier provide an app as useless as this one? Clicking options to purchase additional data does not work. Logging in with the "one-time" passcode never works. Being required to log in multiple times to do simple things like look at minutes used on phones in my plan or check on data usage is the most unproductive thing. The font doesn't even keep up with the higher resolutions available on today's smart phones! I can set my phone down, walk across the room and still read the words on the screen!
Come on, Sprint! It is time for some upgrades!!
