Managing your deposit schedule is now even easier. On the Deposit Settings screen, you can now see your deposit schedule, close of day settings, and instant deposits—all at a glance.
Open Tickets has become even more powerful. You can now create ticket groups, ticket templates, and add an Open Tickets menu to your register’s home screen.
You’ll find a brand-new Invoices button in your menu. Tap it to open a full-featured Invoices screen, and start sending and managing invoices from your device.

I was using square for over a year. I sold two custom pieces of solid wood furniture to customer. Delivered to her. Placed table and bench in her house. She said she loved it. She signed my delivery slip that says all sales final. She gave me her credit card and I swiped it. She signed for it and said she will tell her friends to contact me. So everything is fine. A month later square took the $600 out of my bank account and said customer was disputing charges. I sent them the delivery slip. They saw where she signed for purchase on my phone. Square sided with her and now she got her $600 back and she keeps the table and benches. Absolutely a joke. I argued and argued with square to no avail. A total joke. I won't and will never use square again. 100's of satisfied customers and never had a complaint and all the $ square has charged me. Absolute joke.
At a loss
We recently updated the square stand and a new IPad Pro 9.7, due the old stand and iPad not charging. We set up the new system; the iPad recognizes the stand, the stand is charging the iPad.... but when we go into the app, it says "no stand connected". We have ordered a new square stand thinking maybe it was defective with no luck; still the same issues. We have done every troubleshooting advice out there; only thing I can guess is there is some issue with the app itself?!? Please help! We have been using our old system for about 3 years, loved the stand and iPad combo, and now we are very inconvenienced trying to fumble with our phones to run a restaurant cash drawer.
Please fix or help!!

I have been with Square for over 4years now, I have tried other credit processing companies in the past, they had bad service, ended up with one that signed you up with hefty cost for their equipment, by far square has the best equipment and Technology , keep up the your great work, I have plans to expand my business and Will use no one else than Square, I recommend to all businesses to use Square.
