Calling congress is the most effective way to make your voice heard. Overflowing voicemails and busy staffers mean that constituents often spend hours waiting to deliver a 1-minute message. That’s why we created Stance.
Stance sends your message directly to your representative's phone and twitter handle, and also posts them on takeastance.us for others to be inspired. You can record your message anytime, anywhere with just a few taps.
What's New in Version 1.2
We listened to your feedback regarding privacy and have made a few impactful changes:
1. You can now opt-in to making your messages public, by default they will remain private between you and your representative.
2. If you choose to make your messages public, we hide sensitive and identifying information like your name and address.
We also have made a handful of other small improvements that help usability.

Works, as far as I can tell
This app seems to be working but who knows. When you listen on ensy (which is another site that allows listening to the messages) to some of the other recorded messages the person is listed as constituent with a number. No where is it stated what your number is. This app needs more answers to peoples questions. There is no way to post a question. The app is supposed to post your message to your representatives on twitter but so far I have only seen one on the dozens of messages that have been recorded to my representatives.
Simplifying calling congress
First, let me start by saying I'm so happy the Stance developers read my email concerning privacy and fixed the app. I'm glad that I have the option to share my message publicly, and If I do my personal information is still private. Second, I'm continually impressed by how simple and streamlined this app makes it to reach my representative. I've been calling everyday! Thank you Stance.
Love this but please support dynamic text size
This app records your message and forwards it to you reps in congress! Wow!
Unfortunately it doesn't support dynamic text size so those of us with eye problems will have to set our text size down to the smallest setting before it displays properly, but still awesome. A minor set back compared to not having to dial over and over and over!
