As a guy who spends 9hrs every day sitting in front of computer screens...I wanted some help to remind me to get up!
The app is user friendly, well made, runs in the background, and has helpful video suggestions for activities
I recommend the app creators add in the ability to reduce the break time to 2minutes for the 15 minute frequency setting. Breaking for 5 min every 15 minutes is excessive. It works great for 45 min or hour intervals, but I want to do 2min every 15, as Kelly starrett recommends
I love this app! The work outs are great and really does get me standing more! Only thing that should be added is when you have the app running and then lock your phone it displays on the lock screen. This is my only reason for a four star rating and not a five. Add that and I'll be back on here adding a five star rating.

Keeps me accountable at work. And keeps my energy up by providing me these short breaks.
