I love this game, but I have an idea...
I love this game. Everything is great, from the mix of prequels and sequels, and the armory skins. But I have an idea. What if you were to make a new armory perk? From...wait for it. The battle droid from clone wars. I know it sounds dumb, but hear me out. The alliance already has CIS vehicles, and I feel having the ability to mass produce droids would be awesome. It could also fit into the lore. I think you should use the perk to replace the rebel soldiers, just like the snow and commando perks. Then you could go further, make the Wookiee as a rebel super battle droid, and maybe turn X-wings and Y Bombers into vulture droids and hyena bombers respectively. I know a lot of people love the clone wars, and I know a lot of people that love the clone wars. I do as well (that's why I chose rebels in the first place, for Clone Wars vehicles). It would do nothing but benefit you, while making a better gaming experience for the players.
So, to summarize, make a perk for a clone wars battle droid to replace the rebel soldier, (please the exact same color and body). And uh...make it easy to obtain. Thank you for listening!
No game is perfect
This game is super fun but no game is perfect. What I don't like about this game is that at takes a long time to load, especially when you haven't played it in a while. That can get annoying but it's not a big deal. Another thing I don't like is that it takes a long time to train troops, so I definitely suggest that when you close the game train some troops so you don't have to bother doing it when you open it up again. Also, the empire gets the upper hand in the game. I am level 6 (I'm a rebel) and I have level 7,8,9,&10 people attacking me! Although in the movies the empire had the upper hand but still, It's not fair and they should really to fix that. And also, I lose attacks way more than I win defenses. Oh, and the update they did a while ago that changed the conflicts that made it harder to unlock stuff(like it wasn't hard enough already!) was so bad. PLEASE change it back. But over all it's a pretty good game. They did a pretty good job on it. But I wish you could do squad wars with a only a few people on your squad. I definitely recommend this app to you but like I said, no game is perfect.
Sigh...disappointing and utterly unplayable
I like the concept and it was fun for some time, but now the extremely high number of game crashes have become too frustrating to continue playing the game. I believe the crashes are inherent to the game and not connectivity issues since other online games do not behave the same as Star Wars Commander. When the game crashes in the middle of an attack, even if the offense was substantially ahead, the attack appears as a loss with zero percent losses for the opponent and I loose points. So, not only am I penalized when the game crashes to add insult to injury, I must spend resources and most importantly time to rebuild my Attack army. The game has become so frustrating that I am going to stop playing it and delete the game from my iPad. One other point of frustration is the lack of responsiveness to help tickets. Twice I have opened a help ticket to report an issue with the game and on both instances there was not even an acknowledgement that a ticket was opened let alone a response from support to the help ticket. This game does not do the Star Wars brand proud. Lack of customer service is the most kind comment I can make.
