A promising app

Start is one of those rare self-help apps that I've actually stuck with as I deal with issues with anxiety, depression and the associated symptoms that I experience. I found after a couple weeks that being able to track when I take my medication is helpful and helps keep me on track. The regular 'check-ins' along with the resulting reports are helping me to identify when I am feeling better or worse.
Where Start needs to improve is to provide support for multiple medications, as well as allow for setting multiple appointments.
Overall I find the app to be a strong start and I look forward to the developer working to address the current shortcomings.

Great idea and might help my Doctor

I've been doing this for only about 2 weeks now but I think it's a great idea! To keep track of how you feel each day, being able to add a mood or feeling is also helpful!
I even asked them a question and I'll be interested in their answer. As time goes on and they add things I believe this app can be of great help to show your Dr how you felt each day and what you did so they can adjust or change your medication ! Good start to a possible really great app for patients and their doctors!

This is the most helpful app I have

I've been in the world of antidepressants for years now. I recently had a med change and was recommended this app to help keep track of everything. First of all, I love how encouraging it is with daily tips. Second of all, I love that it reminds me to take my meds. There are checkups every other day and you get progress reports weekly. This is so useful to help actually see if the medication is helping or not! 10/10 would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
