Helped me get back into it after years...
I love this app! It's great to have a wide variety of exercises all combined into a short ten minute workout. I have hated exercise since pretty much forever (was always skinny, slow and picked last etc) but this is fun and manageable. I tried running but it was so hard on my joints after surgery and I really wasn't getting the full workout. Starters is the perfect solution for someone like me! The only critique is that I really just want to practice alone and don't want to have to deal with the team aspect of the app. But I love that it keeps a record of what I've done. Besides that it's a super win :)
This review is long overdue. First, I've had the app since it first came out and I love it. It's such a simple way to track everything I do. I love the badges and the videos although admittedly I use them only on travel. With all that said, I have some suggestions from the last update (last year) and going forward.
1. Please allow this to interface with HealthKit.
2. Please remove the boost a friend. It's annoying and to be honest, it's so annoying 3 of my team stopped using it. :( I understand the logic in having it but it's really not necessary.
3. My over all consistency was significantly changed on the last update. Please allow us to see all historical data and a percentage. Percentages used to be there but were removed after the last update.
4. Please allow Facebook log in as optional.
Love the app will continue to use it.
Simple, beautiful & fun
Wow. In one app I'm able to track my MMA workouts, follow the 10 minute videos when I miss my full workouts (more often than I'd like to admit) and keep in touch with my team. The app is super easy to use and it's pretty! I highly recommend this app to anyone trying to make fitness a more fun part of their lives!
