Great except you have to manually show it where your repos are
The developer updated this app, which addressed my initial concerns. That earns him an extra star. I hate to be a hater, but the truth is, I am still reluctant to rate this app an even 3 or higher. The lag is noticeable, maybe that is not something the developer can help. Other notes: try renaming something. If you rename it through finder, it does not get a “renamed” tag, as it should, but it gets an “added” tag, which is inaccurate. Then, the Git root directory has no tag, because it recognizes that one file has been added and another has been deleted, and this app will not put two tags on the same directory. I would like to see these inaccuracies addressed. Multiple tags on directories would be nice; I do not know if this is possible. Also, if there are updates in a subdirectory, recursive folder tags seem appropriate. As of now, there are no tags on subdirectories. Make these changes, and you will have earned five stars.
For what its worth it is pretty cool. Both extensions and the app worked for me contrary to the other review. I hope some features get added in the future perhaps for committing/diffing but for a buck it does what it says.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
