This new update is worthless! The old version worked fine. Ever since the update, the App isn’t working. Gives an incorrect message that my Internet connection isn’t working and is offline, neither of which is true. I have spoken to tech support who after 15 minutes, couldn’t resolve the issue. Now I have to read the paper via their website. With ugly pop-up ads, which take up page content and interrupt the reading of the article. Even this method of reading the paper is unpleasant. Seriously in this day and age, a newspaper App should not be having such issues. With subscriptions dropping I would think they would be more vigilant in making sure their App is working correctly especially since I am PAYING for it! Zero stars

Closes on its own

Recently, when I’m reading and get to daily funnies, paper closes. I must reopen and get back to that page. Annoying. This happens daily, my husband has same problem on his pad.

Earlier annoyance.
When I add a game app on my pad, usually I have the option to get rid of the ads by paying for the app instead of using the free version. Since I’m already paying for our monthly subscription to AAS, why can’t I opt out of these annoying ads?
I like the paper just fine, but I don’t appreciate this permanent nuisance.

Awful and seems to be getting worse!!!

App crashes daily. Can’t get through the entire paper any longer. While the layout could use some work to make it more user friendly that work should take a back seat to the overall stability problems. This morning I didn’t even make past 10 pages of section A

Pretty worthless to sell a ‘paper’ that can’t be read...

I have sent 3 or 4 emails about the issues I have and the answer has been the same for the past 5 months - “we know about this and are working to correct. Please clear your cache, you can also delete and reinstall the app”. I have done this so many times I lost count
