Stewart v Colbert: Vote Fear or Sanity
By 3ADVANCE, LLC
Open iTunes to buy and download apps.
In the battle between Fear and Sanity, there can be only one: John Stewart with his Rally to Restore Sanity, or Stephen Colbert with his March to Keep Fear Alive!
Now, you can weigh in on the battle. Download the app and let your voice be heard. You can vote once every day for either Stewart and Sanity, or Colbert and Fear. Real-time standings are shown, for everyone to see who is winning the battle for the hearts and minds of America.
You can also spread the word through the app, using Facebook and Twitter to get your friends in on the game, and finally tell Washington where your mind is set.
The results will finally be counted at the end of the rallies October 30th when we all converge on Washington, DC.
What's New in Version 1.0.2
The app's been optimized and we're ready for the final result on Oct 30th!
Some sanity please
First, don't believe any of the 'star' ratings associated with reviews of this app (including mine)- they're actually political commentary on Stewart & Colbert (i.e., the 1 stars are the right-wing hate-mongers).
Second, I like this simple little app. I think/hope it helps my outlook on life to start my day by making a conscious Vote for Sanity. Then I go to my TouchToGive app & try to help out with world hunger, fighting breast cancer & saving animals. Seems like a good, sane, thing to do. BTW, when I started voting sanity was over 60%- it's now at 55% so, as you can tell by some of the hateful reviews fear is catching up.
Had to get this just to comment
I TRULY love the reviews by obviously right wing folks that feel that people that think for themselves and don't buy obvious lies by folks at Fox are "anti-American." Go ahead, don't think for yourselves, believe whatever you're told without question and hate everyone who doesn't think like you do. Congratulations! Thanks to folks like you, the terrorists have won by getting you to turn your back on our great Constitution and Bill of Rights. Now seig heil and lead the rest of us to the camps. . .
Jon does not purport to be a real news anchor, which makes watching his show very enjoyable since you get the news, real news, with a comedic twist. Some are downloading this app just to post a bad review because most likely they don't agree with Stewart's political leanings. They're missing the whole point of this rally: To RESPECTFULLY agree to disagree...
