Best Mac-compatible option available

I've used StitchBuddy for over a year and am very satisfied. It's one of the few Mac-compatible options that costs under $100 and is reliable software with great tech support.
I don't use the viewing app (for mobile and tablet) very often, although it's handy for viewing embroidery design files quickly-- but I use the full version on my laptop daily. It lets me cut and paste designs together, line up lettering, change colors, change order of stitch-out, and do very basic editing. (In my dreams it would allow digitizing, but for the price it's the very best product I've tried.)
It's easy to use and frequently updated to add new functions--updates are free after the initial purchase. Tech support is quick, knowledgable, and friendly-- provided by the developer himself, which is remarkable. I've sent a Facebook message with a question and received an answer in less than 12 hrs, and the suggestions have always been friendly and helpful (even when it turns out I'm making a silly mistake). The developer always seems to welcome suggestions and is unbelievably polite.
Best of all, the developer knows his Macs, and the software works very easily on a Mac! Since this is still a rarity in the embroidery world (where software is mainly for the PC and can cost more than a simple embroidery machine), I can't recommend it highly enough!

Just what I Needed!

I was tired of guessing what was in each of my files and which part of my design was stitching next on my embroidery machine, now I just grab my IPad or IPhone. Stitch buddy shows a thumbnail photo next to all my files and I just scroll through until I find what I need. When I am embroidering I use it to see the picture and what is stitching next and what are the colors. It has everything I needed! I also got the Dropbox app for my computer/IPad and put all my embroidery files in it, Stitch Buddy View works great with it. If you are having trouble getting your files into Stitch Buddy, use Dropbox(it's free). Open the file in Dropbox on your device, click on your file, hit the "open in" button, and then click the Stitch Buddy icon. That's it, now your file is in your Stitch Buddy app for viewing. Thanks for making this app!

Great Help

This a very helpful program to have on your phone. My computer is on one floor and my embroidery machine a different one. This makes it do easy to check the design, see the colors, see where the center of design is without having to print it out. Your designs can be kept in Dropbox for easy access. I am really liking using it and find it a great addition to my other software.
