Changing My Life
I downloaded this app about two years ago when I was going through a really difficult time. I used the app then, and it really got me through some days when I didn't think I could make it. Life got busy & I stopped meditating and using the app. I found myself in a place that was overwhelming and felt out of control. I committed to using the app and it has honestly changed my life. I switched up my morning routine to make sure I meditate first. Ive found that my productivity increased, Stressful situations are fewer and farther between because Im learning to observe rather than be consumed. So appreciative of the app. Even simply checking in with how my body feels has motivated me to take better care of my health as I noticed I felt "meh" everyday! I recommend this app to anyone & everyone new to meditation or just needs some guidance. I would make only two recommendations or suggestions. 1: Add the moods "unfocused" and "sick" with more healing & focused exercises. 2: PLEASE add a second voice option for Micah. I really need the focus practice but his voice is distracting and a bit condescending. Too bro-y for me. Otherwise PERFECT! xo
Excellent Meditation and Mindfulness App!
I have been using this app almost every day since January. The variety of guided meditations in the free version make the app a great introduction to meditation and mindfulness practice. I appreciated the accessibility of the app, both in terms of the quality of meditations and in not having to run through a 'trial' period to use it, like other popular meditation apps and programs
I upgraded to the premium version and benefit from the expanded sleep meditations, acupressure suggestions, and yoga videos. Well worth your time and energy, and support a non-profit by upgrading or purchasing additional meditations in the app (if you're able).
best mediation app !!
I've used this app for around three years now, and it's never failed to come through. The simple setup is easy to understand and all the audio is of good quality and with soft voices. It's easily worth the subscription price (honestly I'd buy it even if it was double its current cost, considering how often I use it) and has countless meditations applicable for all my moods and current states of mind. The one thing I do wish it had is a text entry log (maybe in the before & after check-ins?) to help with logging how my mood's changed in a more descriptive manner than the physical & mental scales and top 5 emotions.
