Makes a HUGE difference
Listen to this every day (for me as i go to sleep every night) and you will notice a difference. If you are a legit alcoholic, like drinking EVERY night this prob wont be enough. Naltrexone (read the book: drink your way sober) got me 75% there and this got me the last 25%. The combination LITERALLY saved my life. I know these hypnosis (or guided meditations as i prefer to call them) work wonders bc i notice a huge difference when i get lazy and stop using them.
In my opinion, it does take a few weeks to make a difference but its a very pleasant way to fall asleep or to use for a power rest during the day.

I got to a point in my life where I didn't want to drink as much as the little person somewhere inside my brain wanted me to. He is very thirsty for alcohol.
I tried logical things: saying I was going to limit, or alternating alcoholic drinks. At the end of the day, if there was alcohol around I would just drink it.
I have been using this app for over a month now. Cravings are essentially gone. Even if I do have a drink, I don't want more than one - that has never happened in 30 years.

I was sick of drinking and was ready to stop. This prepared my brain for it. Worked splendidly. Don't put it off any longer try it yourself. this app is cheaper than a few shots of whiskey, I've saved a bunch of money by quitting 100%!
