Easy and effective
I've been using this app for about two months now and I think it's really helping me to exercise consistently. I'm seeing good results and would recommend this to anyone who wants to get in shape but only has about ten minutes to spare. I think the times are a little inaccurate, the quick workout is supposed to be only six minutes plus or minus, but it usually takes me between eight and twelve minutes. Still well worth the money.
