I love this app

This is an incredible app. At first, it was hard for me to finish the whole 2 minutes cycle of deep breathing. But once I caught onto how my breath influenced my heart rate, I felt addicted to slowing it down and overall reducing my stress. I use Stress Check to find out how stressed I am and then I come straight to this app and see how many points I can lower my stress.

I think deep breathing and conscious breathing is a highly underrated technique. If more people could put life on hold for a simple 2 minutes and focus on their breathing, this world would be an overall happier and healthier place.

Run, don't walk to get this app! It will literally, save your life!

Most useful app I have

I've been wanted this type of app of years! I bought the emwave product but it require you to be at a desktop. This app allows you to get some biofeedback practice in whenever and wherever. I love it. My only suggestion would be to provide more detailed instruction on how to correctly breath and achieve the pattern that will get you points. I've had the app for a week and still have trouble getting points consistently. However, I do notice a huge calming effect on myself after using the app for 5 min. I'm now a daily user of almost all the apps from them.


App is stuck on video and won't go any farther. Once I started the app and watched the video, it would not exit the video. Even after clicking the Done button to exit the video it did nothing. The same when watching the video completely. I then decided to exit the app and restart it, as well as rebooting the phone with no avail. It always opens with the video and that's as far as I can get. Terrible app. If you want stress relief, it's not done by watching your breathing on an app. You should have your eyes closed for that. This is just a heart rate and breathing monitor if it would work. There's nothing here to help lower stress at all.
