My most worthwhile app purchase ever!
This app teaches techniques you can use everyday for stress relief and relaxation. The different methods of teaching are helpful to any kind of student. The guided music and breath meditations get me through my work day much easier! I also purchased Deepak Chopra's Leela game for Kinect (focuses on chakra meditation) and couldn't be happier that I did. Quit stressing and buy it!
A wonderful escape
I downloaded this app, and found the exercises in it very useful. The music is relaxing, and is a wonderful escape from the stress of modern life. The savoring album exercise is a great aid for cultivating enjoyment of the good experiences in daily life. This "savoring" practice is also recommended by psychologist Rick Hanson, author of "Just One Thing: Developing a Buddha Brain One Simple Practice at a Time".
Fixed sound problem
I originally downloaded the app on the newest iPad and had no sound. Even though all my music played, i could not hear the videos. I immediately emailed their support and found that i did not have my slide button on (i disabled it for alerts). This is the top button on the right side above the volume toggle. This solved it! I am now enjoying this app!
