IS THIS REALLY HAPPENING!!!
I am so disappointed At first I thought everything was good, they asked me to send proof of inventory, invoices, tracking numbers, photos of inventory and links to my business website and social media and I DID JUST THAT And Now they are saying they can't release my funds and my costumers are emailing me telling me they're order hasn't came in but just like a good business should don't release the goods till you receive the funds in other words I have not received the funds so I cannot loose more money and pay to send out free products and pay shipping My main costumer asked me to do a big order for his wedding and that he needed it by Oct 9th And they're system reads unauthorized payments Yet the payments went thru and showed up in my account
Was good while it lasted
Brought in over 20k+ in payments and had TWO, yes TWO out of the many file a "non-authorized" chargeback. I had set up almost all fraud prevention steps within Stripe dashboard imaginable. Yet, seems it takes TWO idiots trying to abuse chargebacks is enough for them to close an account. Even when 99% of your sells are golden, with no customer complaints or chargebacks. Stripe held over 3,000$ of mine and closed my account. Tomorrow(at the time I am writing this) was in fact the day they were supposed to release the funds, WELL; logged in to see if all was well and they have bumped it back a day. No response from CS either on why the funds were bumped a day later. Beware!
Scam!!!
Do not download Stripe, is the biggest joke ever to the payment processing industry, stripe is closing business that didn't even start growing yet, taking food out of the table of US citizens, good people, that's just starting trying to make a better life to support their family, I've hard so many stories of good people that lost everything because of stripe, I didn't believed it, till it happened to me, all started with a email saying that my transaction seemed not been authorized by the card holder which it was on that situation sarcastically myself
And Stripe don't let me refund and deposite, they are making money in top of my money and I can not to anything about it!
