User-friendly, intuitive.

Got the app when I began the StrongLifts 5x5 routine. Been using it four weeks, not disappointed. Got the upgrade early on (I'm a believer in spending money on an app where a lot of good work has been put in); the warmups are great. Doesn't seem to sync perfectly with Apple Health, but new update may help with that. All in all, great app that does what it says—let's you lift while it does the counting and timing for you. Bonus: because I having the app going throughout the workout, so I'm no longer distracting myself with other stuff on my phone.

Loving it so far

I've been using this program for two weeks now and I already feel such a difference in my body and the way that I carry myself. I'm excited to see where it takes me from here. The app also makes it easy, monitoring your progress and calculating your weight for your next workout. As someone who doesn't like spending a ton of time at the gym or figuring out a routine, this makes taking care of my body easy and fun.

Best Program I've ever used

I've worked out my entire life but I've never seen such great results as with the 5x5 program. I'm 6'6" tall and always thought I just didn't have the right body type to get strong but this program has shown great results over the last six months. I only wish I had discovered it much sooner. I love the instructional videos and focus on good form. I always avoided squats but now I love them and especially the results.
