* Fixes a crash that was happening for some users. If the app still crashes after updating to 2.8.7, uninstall the app and install it again. You won't lose workouts if you were logged in (check in settings - account).

Used this App the last 6 months and it's a well designed, intuitive App that gives you everything you need for the 5x5 strength program. Records your lifts for each workout, charts them for quick view of progress, automatically increases weight by 5 lbs for next workout (after successful 5x5 lift) or maintains same weight for next time (if you missed a rep or two). Tap screen to record a set and auto-timer starts counting off 90 seconds of rest and chime sounds every 90 seconds of rest if you need 3 mins to get that last set. Also includes option to add assistance exercises like pull-ups, dips, etc. All in all reliable and makes tracking your workouts easy-peasy so you can focus on your workout. Highly recommend if you're doing 5x5!
Easy to use and well designed
This app has a great design I really like that it tells you exactly how many and which weights to add to each side of the bar. The only small quibble is the timer the x button on the timer is small and can be difficult to tap to make the timer stop. It would be better if the timer was stopped by a tap or swipe on the centre of the timer. But it doesn't really affect the function of the app or detract any stars
Love this app
This app has been amazing at helping me track my workouts! I was having serious trouble with logging in once they updated servers, it would make me log in with Facebook or Google every single time I opened the app.... which only actually worked half of the time. I kept updating the app hoping that it would fix the problem. Finally it works!!! I'm stoked because it really is a great app.
